Residential Alarm Registration

All residential alarms systems must be registered with the Warren Township Police Department to provide emergency contact information.

In accordance with Warren Township Ordinance 3A-5a, all alarms, including audible and fire alarms, must be registered with our department. Please complete and return this form as soon as possible.

This form MUST be completed in full and be legible. Incomplete or illegible registrations will not be filed and your alarm will be considered unregistered.

Business Alarm Registration

The Warren Township Police endeavors to serve our businesses, as well as our residents, to the best of our ability.

To assist in this pursuit, we require emergency contact information to be used in the event of a fire, burglary, property damage, and other incidents requiring immediate attention of the business owner or designated representative.

Vacant House Registration

Going away on vacation? Complete this form to notify the police department that your home will be vacant for an extended period of time. Officers will make periodic checks of your residence to ensure all doors and windows are secure and will have proper contact information in the event of an emergency.

Good Morning Caller Program

The Good Morning Caller program is a telephone reassurance program. This program is for older adults or adults with disabilities that live alone and are at risk of sudden illness, falls, accidents and social isolation. Each morning, the participant calls the Warren Twp. Police Department to say “good morning.” If you fail to call, the police department will try to contact the participant, a family member, or respond to the participants residence to check on them.

Participants in our “Good Morning Program” call the police department at (908)753-1003 every morning between the hours of 7:00 and 10:00 AM. If we do not receive your call by 10:30 AM, we will call you. If we are unable to speak with you after 2 attempts by phone, a police officer will be dispatched to your home to check on your welfare.

Handicapped Parking Permit

Temporary Handicap Parking Permit application forms can be obtained from Mrs. Spiro at Police Headquarters or by clicking below.

Requesting individuals must complete the application and have their doctor complete the appropriate portion.

Completed forms can be submitted to Warren Township Police Records Bureau Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm with a check or money order in the amount of $4.00 payable to: NJ Motor Vehicle Commission.

Temporary Handicap placards are good for a period of six (6) months from the date-of-issue.

They may be renewed for an additional six (6) months but only one (1) time.

Permanent Handicap Placards are provided by the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission ONLY.

Forms for such a request must be obtained from the Motor Vehicle Commission directly.
