Bias Incident Investigating and Reporting

It is the policy of the Warren Township Police Department that all members adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Attorney General’s Office in dealing with bias incidents. Therefore, it shall be the policy to bring the investigative and enforcement elements of the law enforcement community into quick action following any and all suspected or confirmed bias incidents. There shall also be special emphasis placed on victim assistance and community relations in order to reduce victim trauma and community tension or fear.
