Officer Robert Apisa
The Warren Township Police Department in conjunction with the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office (SCPO) have assigned specific Officers to the SCPO Animal Cruelty Task Force. Humane Law Enforcement Officers Robert Apisa and Brandon Sebastian have been specially trained and will assist with investigations, and act as officers for the detection, apprehension and arrest of offenders in all matters of animal cruelty within Warren Township.
