In accordance with the State of N.J. Attorney General Guidelines promoting diversity in law enforcement recruiting and hiring pursuant to N.J.S.A 52:17B-4.10, the Warren Township Police Department has established a program to identify and recruit underrepresented groups.
The Warren Township Police Department utilized the below listed link from the United States Census Bureau, which was provided in the Attorney General Guideline, to identify underrepresented groups.
The data from the United States Census Bureau determined the Asian community is underrepresented within our Police Department.
